The Queen Snake is a non venomous snake found throughout the United States. It is often mistaken for a Garter Snake which it looks very similar to. The Queen Snake is small and usually found nearby water.
The Queen Snake is a grey or brown snake with stripes running down its sides. Interestingly the Queen Snakes diets almost exclusively on fresh water Cray Fish. (that's why its always found near water)
