DINOSAURS INVADE COPENHAGEN

Sunday, August 8, 2010

No matter how old you are, dinosaurs hold a level of mystery and fascination that few can ignore. A new exhibit in Copenhagen, The Argentinean Dinosaurs, will impress even those that don’t believe in Mesozoic residents. This massive collection contains the oldest, largest, and smallest dinos that have ever lived on the planet. Twenty reconstructed dinosaur skeletons and lifelike constructions will help paint a picture of Patagonia more than one hundred million years ago. The centerpiece of the exhibit is the apex predator, Giganotosaurus. This Patagonian giant was larger than the Tyrannosaurus, it measured fourteen-meters long and weighted in at eight tons. Through March 2011. www.argentinskedinosaurer.dk
